Women are Top Priority E-mail
We live in the “land of free” and we all have the free will of making choices in our lives and women of this modern age are no exception. I encourage ALL women of ALL ages to GET into some form of exercise. Just like many things in life there are different levels and degrees of things. General fitness or power training, toning or even “buffing”, are not just for the modern “Man”.

More than half my cliental are comprised of women of all types, from the average female looking to tone slightly, to a world champion Boxer who I am currently training.  My expertise and in depth background in training various types of female athletes and general fitness keeners is extensive, and I am always just as eager and excited to see the quick and continuous results they achieve.
I find women to be JUST as capable as men in getting fantastic results from leaning out, to getting a strong and healthy body. If most of them could give up there “emotional connection” with certain foodstuffs, they would already be a quarter of the way there.

A question I get asked a lot being a trainer of many women is “are the treadmills or rowing machines effective in the gym?”   Well, in order to answer that, seeing it’s generally relative to there currant physical condition, I tell them that the machines are effective but compared to what?  Nothing or a little something? Sure they are effective relatively speaking but how effective are they compared to an expertly put together kettle bell program that will melt fat faster then a blast furnace, and build you from the inside out like you never thought possible. In this case then, they are not effective at all!  So you see relative effectiveness always needs to be taken into consideration.

Surprising to even me initially, in the beginning when starting out on a serious training program most women are in a frail humble state.  The acquired new and demanding routine is a real but healthy challenge to there mind, body, and soul. However once they are primed and well into a groove, I myself become proud and amazed at there “strong-minded” concentration and passion to excel.  It’s almost as if they fanned the spark and now it has become a FLAME burning to succeed.

And they DO! Females have POTENTIAL! ALL of them! YES you DO!  I have seen and assisted women go from 350-pounds to half that weight and never gain over the half mark again! As I said earlier the training component they receive from me is INVALUBLE, once they realize the importance of giving up the vices and “emotional connection” to food.

It takes counseling, firm training, and my assistance in helping one coach them self to overcome this flaw.  However, it has been done and it can be done over and over. PLEASE don’t miss interpret all this to mean that ALL women are big junk eaters because that is not what I am getting at here.

Throughout my 17-years of hands on experience, I can soundly say that “where there is a weight problem there two is usually an eating problem”.

Don’t get me wrong here as this theory definitely applies to men as well, but we don’t care about them right now because this is the “WOMENS” page. YOUR page!  The PAGE that tells you that you can do it! Because that’s the TRUTH!
Take control of you mind, body and health because you can never put a price on your wellbeing.  Proper instruction is worth every penny in GOLD because it saves you time, money, frustration, emotional insecurity, and even injuries.
