If my 75 year old mother did it, you should also!

Hello to all out there, the young but particularly what I call “old youth” and the older folks who are sitting around wondering what happened to them in the past several decades who are still trying to cling to their former glory in terms of health, strength and vibrancy.

My mother is now 75 and was suppose to be dead about 10 years ago who was plagued with kidney failure, severe and erratic heart arrhythmias (she could not ever sleep on her left side for many years with severe chest congestion and hard of breathing), sciatic nerve damage as well as ostio and rheumatoid arthritis. This old and tired 75 year old body and soul has had new life BREATHED into her after a radical departure from conventional mainstream wisdumb and back to the real true basics of health and strength when humans used to be “critical thinkers” not “critical followers”

My beloved mother has had a horrendous life of pain and suffering, from one perspective it was a necessary evil when she knew not any better but chugged down any new and improved drug the local “doc” and/or specialist would prescribe for her.

In my eyes being the “critical thinker”  I was naturally designed to be I made close observations over the years and noticed NO true improvement in my mother’s health with the palliative approaches that mainstream medicine offered her for her debilitating ailments.

I then made forceful suggestions to the women I loved the most in the entire world: my MOTHER. Once she was given the “that’s it there’s nothing else we can do” from the doctors who also said that “dialysis and possibly heart surgery” would be the inevitable.

Well studying wholistic medicine and approaches to health on my own and having CURED a few of my own ailments that doctors could not cure in 30 YEARS as well as having assisted a few friends to do the same I said to my MOMMY at that point   “MA you ready to die now or listen to me? If you’re ready to go then we can prepare funeral arrangements but don’t be such a bullhead forget all the false indoctrinations and propaganda you learned and listen to the man on earth that loves you the most your SON”

She said  “okay tell me SON what shall I do to inherit a few pain free years now” Well being the extremist that I tend to be, I was not just going to make my mom a little pain free but I was going to use her as a successful guinea pig of many forms and prove to her she could go places that she has not been in 50 or more years.

To sum up what it took to get my mother off of ALL her meds (which were about a dozen types) which she was on for 30 plus years and as a result had her kidneys fail were as follows. Raw food diet with purely organic foodstuffs, periodic cleansing fasts consisting of enzymes and anti oxidant therapy, ozone and peroxide therapy as well. Mineral and heavy probiotic supplementation as well as a few other things that completed the health to be “equation”

To this day she gets an annual urine test to check overall kidney function and every year the cities top specialist asks her what she did to totally turn her fatal condition around. I always tell her “don’t tell him anything ma he’s got a PHD (PILED HIGHER & DEEPER)  you can’t seem to teach those types anything, he himself cannot believe that just a few years ago had told her she had NO way of saving her kidneys to telling her now that they seem to be PERFECTLY in good health.

She started to get better right away but it took a few years to really turn her around from being grave yard material.  Along with all of this we needed to get my mother on a solid weight training program like none other and waste no time with gimmicks typically found at your local “fitness club” don’t get me wrong saddling your ass to a stationary bike while you watch the latest episode of “doctor Phil” is better than nothing but relatively speaking with my athletic and strength background there’s no way my mom would be caught DEAD in that situation so I had a much more productive training protocol in mind that has been under the sun for millennia and is just as effective today as when Adam was around.

I trained my mother with kettlebells (praise the Russians as this is there tool which they invented way back) which are a unique form of a free or dead weight. We trained in her own home and today at 75 she is lighter and leaner then when she was 18 years of age! My mother took some serious setbacks also. At the age of 70 she was hit by a car and almost killed breaking both her arms and dislocating a hip as well as suffering a concussion.

I had to come to the rescue once again but what type of son would not? The occupational therapists was scratching his head at my mother’s progress and it was not the “physio” clinic doing the trick let me tell you.

Properly structured training and nutrition once again. She healed from the car accident trauma.  At the age of 75 she took a terrible fall on some very slippery ice and broke her right arm in another spot this time then when she was hit by the car.

A cast was recommended, NO I said you’re not pumping my mother with useless radiation to see the nature of the “break” I took her home and loaded her up with anti oxidants, minerals and several Bio healing magnets, within 3 WEEKS she was back to lifting a 15 pound kettlebell with little pain!!!

Now when she was hit by the car she had put a cast on and the break she suffered from the fall on the ice was at least as bad…without the cast she healed about 3 times faster….how is this? I don’t know but it was evident….now I am not telling you to not get a cast if you break a bone I am just telling you what I did with my mother and observed…..and it worked like a charm.

I have learned one thing using my mommy as a natural guinea pig and that is “your state of health means more than anything for the purposes of healing and avoiding illness” more so then genetics.
My mother’s continual cleansing programs and fasting periods have cleaned her blood and allowed her digestive system to rest enough to be able to handle the trauma inflicted on her body rather than just being heavily burdened with eating unnecessarily all the time and burdening the digestive organs and all other cells and systems in the body.  Any true wholistic approach to better health advocates some sort of fasting/cleansing period with key supplementation at hand, aside from it being deeply rooted and biblical it’s a word of “truth”  to fast.

Ever notice when a horse gets sick? It doesn’t eat, how does it know not to? It’s smarter then we are….we tell are children or spouses when they are sick and not up to eating to “eat dear you need something in your stomach” this well intended but misinformation is detrimental beyond comprehension.

Do your own research on fasting, today with the internet there is tons of  research on the subject that can be found. Just don’t ask you GP  or MD  because the drug companies who structure there curriculums in med school do not allow them to be taught true medicine but rather the curriculum is structured where vested interest is greatly at hand and profitable to not only make money but harm us at the same time.

Think I am a nutty schitzoid paranoid freak? I can prove it if you like….there have been enough whistle blowers on the subject, many detail reps who work for large pharmaceutical firms have come forward and given up there lucrative positions to name one   please look up GWEN OLSEN   she was a specialty rep working for some of the world’s largest drug companies, she will resolve your doubts if you think that big pharma and the ruling elite are out to help us or hurt us.

Back to my mother and the elderly, good eating, great training and a fantastic mindset are not just for the younger in years. Proper ongoing instruction is KEY to building and maintaining health at any age and even though it’s a very simple endeavor we unfortunately have had all our natural instincts bread out of us it seems and we need to have certain things reprogrammed into out THICK heads.
I enjoy having my mother around at 75 and I pray to God I can keep her around for another 20 years at least, I am doing all that I can at this point and if my will and God’s coincides then it will happen I believe.

She maintains a simple two times per week kettlebell workout program with her trainer/son as well as the outdoor hill and stair climbs she does (sometimes with weights)  the forces of gravity offer an amazing dimension to training!

All you older folk out there…I am the voice calling out to YOU, drop what you are doing and PLEASE re think your strategy and do your own research…..when’s the last time you felt good and were able to do the simplest things? When your local quack says to you “ya your getting old that’s how it is”  then it’s time for you to look elsewhere and find out that this is not well intended and in fact bogus/ falsely led information.
